2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

3. When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the USA. Please allow 1 extra day at most for your order to be processed during COVID-19.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends during COVID-19.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 4-7 business days for delivery in the United States depending on location and severity of COVID-19 in your area.

5. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars.

6. How do I request for a refund / exchange?
If you received a defective product and would like to request a refund or a replacement, please visit the Returns and Exchanges page within 5 days of receiving your product.
